AndiRux's music...

In the beginning I found music very interesting as I did with mostly anything else, until at age 8 my mom asked me if I would like to attend music classes. I said "yes" thinking that would mean I wouldn't have to go to school any longer.. he, he. Well, I was wrong, but finally did like it a lot. I went for two years to "initiation to music" classes and when I was asked what instrument I would choose, I picked piano almost randomly within seconds. I wonder if I would've liked any other as much had I said a different thing, so I did two years of piano classes and left because of economic issues. I was on my own to music for twenty years and I almost got to forgot about scores, but in that time I was able to be part of a little band for like two years and recently I've started piano classes again. When I started to listen to real music back in the early 90's I was very interested in Queen (Freddie Mercury had just died), I found myself also attracted to 80's music (rock/pop) as I listened back to those hits by late 90's. In 2008 I'm planning to start a new band. I'll tell you the news when it's running :)

At daydream time

Part of this song is an idea I had long ago. I decided I'd complete the piece so that it could be recorded. It is still very short anyway. I played the song as it is like twenty times, but it looks like the more I play, the harder it is for me to do it without hitting the wrong keys, so I finally thought I'd just upload the best one so far, so that you guys could listen to it. I hope you can, for I'm getting a message telling bandamp's functions for playing and downloading are not working at the moment.
In the end. It'll still need some work, but I hope you like it so far.

Hissy impromptu

Two days ago, I was testing my sound card and tried recording something with just my piano and a cable to see what happened. As I thought, it gets very hissy. I need a new soundcard and this piece is nothing but a brief and simple impromptu. Maybe it's not even very original, but it's got its something.

If any of you knows how I can get over that hiss without distorting the piano sound, I will appreciate your help. Anyway, I wanted to post something to begin. Here it is. I hope you like it a little bit and know well to forgive the several errors. I'll post something that can challenge in the near future :P

No longer hissy

This is v2.0 of Hissy Impromptu. Thanks to MaxdB for removing most of the hiss, incredible work! As said before, this impromptu I recorded originally to test the soundcard, but I liked it. Hope you all can enjoy it better now. :)
